This cookie policy explains how Genrsus uses cookies and similar technologies on the Genrsus websites (genrsus.ai and genrsus.com) and in the Genrsus app. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser or in the app, do much the same job, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this policy.

The cookies we use

We only use cookies that Genrsus needs in order to work. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies or similar tools to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep Genrsus working and secure. For example, they keep you signed in, keep your session secure, protect forms against misuse, and remember choices you make, such as your settings in the app. Without them, Genrsus would not work properly, so they cannot be switched off.

The law does not require us to ask for your consent for these cookies, because they are essential to the service you have asked to use. That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner on our sites.

Paying by card

If you pay an invoice by card, you do so on a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe uses its own cookies on that page to process the payment and prevent fraud. Stripe is responsible for those cookies; you can read about them in Stripe’s cookie policy.

App subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) on your device, and do not use cookies on our websites.

How to control cookies

You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when a website sets or accesses cookies. If you block the cookies we use, you will not be able to sign in or use Genrsus properly.
